Winning in House District 89 took teamwork, commitment, and community — and GOTV PAC brought all three. Their organizers completed over 300 hours of community outreach and made more than 1,600 voter contacts, helping ensure our message reached every corner of the district. Their grassroots energy and dedication to voter engagement were crucial in building the momentum we needed. In 2023, the Get Out The Vote team made significant and decisive contributions to Democrats flipping the Virginia House of Delegates in 2023. With a major early investment in building small dollar fundraising infrastructure as well as technical help, they helped get my PAC, Secure Progress, off the ground with unparalleled momentum. As a direct result of the GOTV team, Secure Progress was able to grow quickly and provide over $2 million to competitive VA House races, which was essential to us flipping the House and obtaining a one seat majority. We could not have done this without Down Ballot Allies and Steve Chapman. Steve continues to be a critical supporter of my current Congressional campaign, and he and GOTV will be critical to keeping Virginia blue.

GOTV PAC was one of my earliest supporters in my successful race to flip Oregon’s 5th district in 2024. GOTV initially invested over a year before the election, giving my campaign an important boost.
