Our Story
I founded GOTV PAC to focus my efforts on races where direct voter contact could meaningfully change its outcome. Facing down a highly anticipated ‘Red Wave’ In 2022, our team identified 28 Congressional Districts that were key to blunting the intensity of typical midterm swing. During this cycle, we expanded our direct voter engagement strategy, investing in our largest team to date. Our work mobilizing low-propensity voters in Alaska supported the cycle’s biggest upset, flipping a seat held continuously by Republicans for the previous five decades. Our convictions were now set - we knew that with the right candidate, policy vision, mobilization strategy, we can win anywhere.

We carried this mission on to 2023 and through 2024, we drove turnout in over 40 races, including state legislative races in Virginia, judicial elections in Wisconsin, and off-cycle contests in New York. Many of the races we entered were defined by low-information environments and razor-thin margins, and where campaigns struggled to fully engage voters. GOTV PAC filled that gap by directly contacting over 900,000 voters, delivering localized information about candidates, voting logistics, and ways to participate.
In 2025, we mourned the loss of our Founder, but were inspired to sustain his vision and doubled down on what we knew produced results: rapid-response phone, text, and email outreach; tighter data targeting; and faster operational feedback loops so programs could adapt in real time. With core operations sustained, we set our sights on three core contests: the governor’s mansions in Virginia and New Jersey, Virginia’s House of Delegates, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. In November, we joined the country is celebrating a new blue wave - and boasting a perfect win record through Election Day.
Now, in 2026, sustaining that energy for another year is our top priority. With an expanded and professionalized team, our work now emphasizes year-round engagement. Building on the success of our digital strategy, we’ve expanded to mobilizing professional staff and high-energy volunteers in targeted door-to-door and community organizing campaigns. By engaging new and low-propensity voters early and consistently, we strengthen their habits of civic participation and the infrastructure that ensures sustained turnout across cycles. Together, we’re confident that come November, the blue wave will crest over the shores of Virginia and Maryland.
